Capture screens with a slick utility
CaptureEze97 takes the mystery out of making great-looking screen captures. This 32-bit utility uses a wizard approach to walk you through the whole process. Not only can you snag images from your monitor, but you can acquire images from nearly any source, including digital cameras, scanners, and the Internet. When you start CaptureEze97, you're given the choice to preview and enhance captured images before printing or saving; automatically print captured images; automatically save captured images to files; open an existing image or acquire an image to preview, enhance, print, and/or export; and print a catalog of existing or acquired images. The program can handle nearly every type of screen capture: Grab the entire screen, the active window, the active window's client area only, an Internet page, a rectangular area of the screen with repeat, a specific screen object, or a full-screen DOS VGA graphics session. Options let you decide which key you wish to use to activate the capture, play a sound when the capture occurs, use a timer function, decide if you want the cursor included, hide the CaptureExe97 icon during capture, and place the program's icon on the taskbar or system tray. Once you've gotten your image, you can add text to printed images, change colors, add frames and shadows, and print posters. CaptureEze97 supports most popular graphics file formats, including .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .pcx, and .tif. If you're looking for a screen capturer that doesn't sacrifice power for ease of use, then try this fully functional evaluation version for 45 days..
